Seeking to equip and mobilise at least 1000 church leaders in transformational leadership every year.
3-Strands International Ministries has mobilised church leaders from slums and provided leadership training to more than 500 church leaders drawn from the slums including Kibera Slum in Nairobi. Traditionally, leadership and theological training programs are often inaccessible, unaffordable and unrelated to especially the realities faced by pastors in informal settlements whose congregations live on less than 2 dollar per day.
Through partnerships that bring seasoned theologians and ministry pastors from Kenya and other parts of the world, 3-Strands International Ministries is helping to bridge this gap by developing and rolling out leadership training programs that go into the slums and informal settlements.
